Central Storage opens new warehouse in Madison
Central Storage & Warehouse Co. proudly announces the opening of our newest Madison, Wisconsin refrigerated warehouse. The 42,000 square foot (1.6 million cubic foot) freezer expansion provides our growing customer base with the highest standards of quality control, security, and sanitation, while minimizing environmental impact through advanced energy management. Thanks to our construction partner, Consolidated Construction of Appleton, WI, and refrigeration contractor, Gartner Refrigeration of Minneapolis, MN, the freezer was erected in an amazingly short 80-day window from concept to occupancy. As a note to those familiar with Central Storage's history, the new building completes the reconstruction of the entire Cottage Grove Rd. site devastated by fire in1991. Central Storage & Warehouse Co., a family-owned business headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, has almost 20 million cubic feet of public warehousing at seven Wisconsin locations, and has been providing industry-leading service since 1947.
